? How It Works
- Employees mark attendance via a simple Google Sheet
- The time of the attendance is noted, which cannot be altered by the employee.
- Data is recorded in structured Google Sheets in real-time
- Admins view all updates live
- Paid leaves, Leave without pay, Half day, overtime tracking etc. options available.
- Number of paid leaves remaining is tracked automatically.
- Reports are generated automatically by the end of the month
- Appraisal system allows employee to submit their achievements and contributions at the end of each week
- Team leads can give scores each week
- Averages are calculated and salary hikes are suggested accordingly.
- Inflation rates are also considered.
- Final salary sheet is generated with overtime, deductions, salary hike suggestions etc.
